BIO: Shengli Zhang, Professor, doctoral supervisor, Vice Dean of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Executive Deputy Director of the Blockchain Research Center, and Distinguished Professor of Pengcheng Scholars. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2002 and 2005, and his doctoral degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008. He then worked at the School of Information Engineering, Shenzhen University.
From 2008 to 2011, I worked as a lecturer. From 2012 to 2016, I served as an associate professor (out of the box). In December 2016, I was promoted to professor (out of the box). In 2020, I was selected as a top young talent under the Guangdong Provincial Special Support Program. I visited Stanford University from March 2014 to March 2015 as a visiting associate professor; Guest lecturer at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, President of the Blockchain Technology Application Association in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and Director of the Blockchain Special Committee of the Shenzhen Computer Society.

BIO: Zuqing Zhu received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California, Davis, in 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he worked in the Service Provider Technology Group of Cisco Systems, San Jose, California, as a Senior Engineer. In January 2011, he joined the University of Science and Technology of China, where he currently is a Full Professor in the School of Information Science and Technology. He has published 360+ papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is the Steering Committee Chair of the IEEE International Conference on High Performance Switching and Routing (HPSR), and was the Chair of the Technical Committee on Optical Networking (ONTC) in IEEE Communications Society. He has received the Best Paper Awards from ICC 2013, GLOBECOM 2013, ICNC 2014, ICC 2015, and ONDM 2018. He is a Fellow of IEEE.

BIO: Zheng Zibin is a Doctoral Supervisor and the Vice Dean of the School of Software Engineering. He is also an IET Fellow and a Senior Member of IEEE. His research interests include mobile Internet, big data mining, software services, machine learning, and blockchain. Zheng has published 1 Springer English academic monograph and over 200 papers, including 2 highly cited ESI papers and 26 ACM/IEEE Transactions. He has been awarded the Best Paper Award twice and nominated for the Best Paper Award at CCF A and B international academic conferences twice as well. Zheng has received over 11400 Google academic citations with an H-Index of 50.
He has won several prestigious awards such as the National Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, Guangdong Young Pearl River Scholars, Guangzhou Pearl River Science and Technology Star, ACM China Star Nomination Award, CUHK Young Scholar Thesis Award (one of three winners in the university), CUHK School of Engineering Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award (the only winner), International Software Engineering Conference (ICSE) ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award, ICWS Best Student Thesis Award among others.

BIO: Wang Hongzhi, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in 1978. He is a long-term professor and doctoral supervisor at the Harbin Institute of Technology. Additionally, he holds several prestigious positions within the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, including Director of the Massive Data Computing Research Center and Head of the Data Science and Big Data Technology Major. Furthermore, he serves as Director of the Key Laboratory of Big Data Science and Engineering in Heilongjiang Province and Head of the Young Scientists Studio. In addition to his academic roles, Wang Hongzhi is also Secretary General of the Alumni Association of the Department of Computing. He is recognized as an outstanding member by both the Chinese Computer Society and IEEE Senior member.
His research primarily focuses on databases, big data management and analysis, as well as big data governance. To date, he has published over 350 papers which have been indexed more than 100 times by SCI and cited more than 4000 times. Moreover, he has led numerous projects including key projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and international cooperation projects.Wang Hongzhi has received various accolades for his contributions to academia such as titles like Heilongjiang Province Teaching Master, Young Longjiang Scholar, Microsoft Scholar, China Excellent Database Engineer,and IBM Doctoral Talent.He has also been honored with 1 Natural Science Awardand1 Higher Education ScienceandTechnology Progress Award fromthe MinistryofEducation. BIO: Professor Soung Chang LIEW received his S.B., S.M., E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 1984 to 1988, he was at the MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems, where he investigated Fiber-Optic Communications Networks. From March 1988 to July 1993, Professor Liew was at Bellcore (now Telcordia), New Jersey, where he engaged in Broadband Network Research. He is currently Professor and Division Head at the Department of Information Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is also currently a Co-Director of the Institute of Network Coding at CUHK. He was Department Chairman from 2006 to 2009, and Associate Dean of Engineering from 2004 to 2006. Besides his appointment at CUHK, Professor Liew is Adjunct Professor of Peking University and Southeast University in China.

BIO: LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor, the dean of Institute of Computer Vision, the office director of Jiangxi Province Key Laboratory of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition at Nanchang Hangkong University.
Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including more than 70 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including six projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection, biometric recognition, medical image processing, data hiding, etc.
Prof. Leng was awarded Jiangxi Youth May-4th Medal, and is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China", "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project", "Jiangxi Voyage Project", etc.

BIO: Wang Taotao is an Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Collaborative Supervisor. Dr. Wang Tao Tao earned his Ph.D. in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, his Master's degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2015, 2008, and 2004 respectively. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Network Coding at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, he began working as an assistant professor at the School of Information Engineering (now the School of Electronic and Information Engineering) at Shenzhen University. He was appointed as a special associate researcher in 2019 and was promoted to a permanent associate professor in 2021.
His main research areas include blockchain technology and its applications, deep reinforcement learning technology in artificial intelligence, wireless networks, and communication.

BIO: Bin Chen is an expert in the evaluation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as a science and technology expert from the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission. He is also a recipient of high-level overseas talents in Shenzhen, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Chen holds a PhD in Communication from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.He has published dozens of SCI/EI indexed papers in well-known academic journals and international conferences both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he has hosted and participated in the completion of multiple national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects.
Dr. Chen's research interests include blockchain consensus mechanism, smart contract security mechanism, smart contract application, big data technology, application of deep reinforcement learning in cloud computing network optimization, as well as programming implementation of algorithm applications.
